The 36-year-old, of Arran Close, Cosham, was caught in Yarborough Road, Southsea, driving a Jaguar on June 18. A test revealed he had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg legal limit. He admitted drink-driving and Portsmouth magistrates told him to pay £33 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. He was banned from driving for 14 months.
