Brasserie Blanc closed its doors on April 8 for a three week refurbishment – and the team are getting ready to re-open tomorrow (April 29). The News had an exclusive look inside the French restaurant ahead of its opening. The refurbishment has focused on inside areas including the kitchen areas and the outside terrace. The interior has undergone a complete re-design – and it looks stunning.
