A junior school in Gosport has maintained its good Ofsted status following inspection which found that it is ‘happy and vibrant’.

Alver Valley Junior School in Falcon Meadows Way, Gosport, has managed to keep hold of the Ofsted rating after the inspection found that the pupils feel ‘safe in this nurturing and friendly environment, where relationships are built on warmth and mutual respect.’

The school prioritises reading and there is a range of support, including one-to-one sessions for children who need additional support.
